Texoflex Sleeve, diameter 127 mm. Texoflex Sleeve is made of a polyester laminated aluminium jacket and yellow glass mineral wool with a thickness of 25 mm. It has a plastic barrier, which make mounting easier. It prevents condensation and energy loss. Texoflex Sleeve is used as insulation for any rigid ventilation system, especially spiro duct work. Temperature range: from -30º C to +140º C.

- Inner core: 1 layer of 40 μm polyethylene barrier
- Insulation: glass wool with 25 mm thick and 16 kg/m³ density
- Outer core: 3 layers  - 1 layer of 7 μm aluminium and 2 layers of 12 μm polyester

TEXOFLEX SLEEVE is an easy to use insulation for round ventilation ducts. The sleeve is made out of a polyester laminated aluminium jacket on the outside, and glass mineral wool with a thickness of 25 mm on the inside. The sleeves are produced with a plastic barrier on the inside allowing for easier mounting.

TEXOFLEX SLEEVE is suitable for preventing condensation and energy losses. Sleeves are used as an insulation for any rigid ventilation system, especially spiral (Spiro) ductwork. They can be used to insulate ducts for cooling and heating. The silver coloured outside layer blends in nicely with any other ventilation equipment in the case of a visible HVAC installation. This layer is also tear-resistant, and acts as vapour barrier. 

Insulation of air and ventilation ducts reduces noise pollution in ventilation systems. Moreover, insulating the air ducts increases the lifespan of HVAC systems, because they do not have to work unnecessarily hard. Insulating ventilation ducts is essential in colder climates, optional in milder ones and necessary in humid climates to prevent condensation. Properly insulated pipes save energy which in turn saves you money. When applied correctly, the insulation has a short payback period.
