How many panels can I connect to this controller?

It depends on the output characteristics of the panels, but their combined output voltage and current should not exceed the specifications of the controller.
As per the datasheet the input voltage range of the MPPT RS 450 200-Tr and MPPT RS 450 100-Tr is from 80 to 450 VDC, and the maximum current per string should not exceed 18 A.
